POWER KICKBOXING + HIITThis session incorporates basic boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai striking techniques that is beginner friendly. We also challenge your cardio endurance with the mixture of conditioning based workouts.

Must be 18yrs or older to participate in Fitcamp™ sessions, however personal training is open for all ages.
